摘要
采用紫外分光光度法测定总黄酮含量,比较了6种大孔树脂对越橘果渣总黄酮的吸附和解吸效果,从中筛选出适合分离纯化越橘果渣总黄酮的树脂,并对其吸附和解吸条件进行了探讨。结果表明:HPD-600树脂为纯化越橘果渣总黄酮的最佳树脂,并确定其吸附流速2BV/h,吸附pH3.8,解吸剂选用60%乙醇。经HPD-600精制的越橘果渣总黄酮为褐色粉末,总黄酮纯度由原料果渣的10.92%提高到53.5%,提高了4.8倍。
The absorption and desorption properties of six kinds of macroporous resin were studied. Of the six resins screened, HPD - 600 was the best type to extract flavonoids from the marc of blueberry. The total content of flavonoids was measured by UV-spectrophotometric method. The result showed that the optimum condition to purify total flavonoids by HPD - 600 was to control the flow velocity at 2 BV/h, pH value at 3.8 and with 60 % ethanol as washing solution. The total flavonoids produced by this process was brown powder with total flavonoids purity up to 53.5 %, which was 4.8 times higher than that of the original sample.
