摘要
针对武汉长江隧道工程11.38m左线泥水盾构始发试掘进27.2m后出现泥浆门不能关闭的问题,研究制定了泥浆门修复方案:先通过人员带压进仓进行检查,观察判断泥浆门损坏情况,并根据检查分析结果对泥浆门进行临时修复,同时选择合适的场地位置进行加固,盾构继续掘进至加固场地范围停机,常压状态下进行永久修复。修复后盾构机安全通过了加固区域,为后续盾构机快速安全完成江底段掘进提供了保证。该修复技术可以为今后泥水盾构泥浆门的维修及盾构泥水仓内设备维修提供借鉴经验。
Focusing on the slurry gate malfunction occurring 27.2 m to the starting point of the trail boring of the φ 11.38 m slurry shield machine during the boring of the left tube of Wuhan Yangtze River Crossing tunnel, the authors study on the malfunction and present the repairing scheme in the paper. First, the workers enter the chamber, examine the malfunc- tion and temporarily repair the slurry gate under hyperbaric pressure and at the same time proper reinforcement position is determined so as to repair the slurry gate completely. Secondly, when the shield machine reaches the pre-determined reinforcement position, the shield machine stops boring and permanent repairing of the slurry gate is executed under at- mospheric pressure. In the end, the repaired shield machine bores through the reinforcement zone safely, which guaran- tees the rapid and safe boring of the shield machine under the river bed. The presented repairing technology can provide reference for the repairing of slurry gates and other facilities in the slurry chamber in the future.
