铁氰化钾增敏鲁米诺电化学发光测定尿酸

Luminol Electrochemiluminescent Detection of Uric Acid by the Sensitization of Potassium Ferricyanide

摘要 在弱碱性介质中,铁氰化钾对鲁米诺具有氧化作用,因而对鲁米诺的电化学发光产生增敏,提高了鲁米诺电化学发光检测的灵敏度,讨论了这一增敏作用的机理。在此基础上,尿酸对发光强度具有显著的猝灭作用,因而建立了检测尿酸的一种新方法,该检测方法具有极高的灵敏度,线性下限达6.3 ng·L-1,用于对市售海带样品中尿酸的测定,其平均回收率为106.8%,7次平行测定的相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.1%,结果令人满意。 In weak alkaline medium,the ECL intensity of luminol could be sensitized by potassium ferricyanide.The mechanism of the sensitization is revealed as the oxidation of the luminol by potassium ferricyanide concomitant with the ECL reaction.Based on finding and the quenching effect of uric acid for this sensitized ECL,an extra sensitive method was established for determination of uric acid.Here the detecting limit decreased to 6.3 ng·L-1.And the results for determination of real kelp samples are satisfactory,with average recovery rate of 106.8% and relative standard deviation of 1.1%.
