摘要
以一种新型超细粉取代混凝土中部分水泥,配制水胶比为028的高性能混凝土。若以海水为环境,其极限氯离子含量以钢筋表面氯离子浓度/混凝土界面碱度≥06,并假定钢筋保护层厚度为5cm,试验测定了混凝土氯离子扩散系数,经计算,这种高性能混凝土中钢筋脱钝时间为120年;而对比的基准混凝土仅为20年。
The high performance concrete with water binder ratio (W/B) 0.28 have been prepared by using a new type of ultra-fine powder instead of partial cement in concrete,and the Cl-diffusion coefficient have been measured by author's method. In environment of sea,if the cover of reinforcement is in 5cm.and the limit Cl-content,represented with ratio of Cl concentration at the surface of steel bar to the alkalinity of interfacial concrete,is equal to or more than 0.6(/≥0.6),after calculation,the time for passive film being break down is over 120 years,However,to the normal concrete for comparison is only 20 years.
