摘要
目前在自动化生产线上广泛应用的飞锯机大都采用半闭环控制,安装在电机轴后面的编码器只能够间接的反映飞锯锯车的运行速度和位移。由于减速箱,齿轮齿条传动存在的间隙和机械磨损等非线性因素的影响导致半闭环控制的飞锯机的定尺误差大,运行不稳定。为了提高飞锯机在线动态锯切精度、保持良好的稳定性,该文讲述了一套包括上位机、PLC、伺服放大器的新型飞锯控制系统。此伺服控制系统采用全闭环的模糊PID位置控制,能够消除机械传动环节的非线性因素,提高了飞锯机的锯切精度。
At present the most flying saws applied in the automatic production line are using half closed-loop control. The encoder was installed on the motor shaft , which only can reflect the vehicle' s running rate and the displacement indirectly. As a result of the gap , machinery attrition and non-linear factor of decelerator and gear, the flying saws all run in a bad situation. In order to enhancing of length-cutting accuracy and consistant operation, this paper mainly introduces a new control system including PC, PLC, servo controller. This servo control system increased an entire closed loop fuzzy PID position controller , which can eliminate the non-linear factor and enhance the sawing precision of the flying saws.
