摘要
3支10.9级42CrMoA高强度螺栓装配后发生断裂,经分析是因为回火不足导致材料强度过高,从而引起了延迟断裂。明确指出42CrMoA钢制作的10.9级和12.9级螺栓淬火后的回火温度一般不低于500℃,可有效提高延迟断裂抗力。
Three 10.9 high strength bolts occurs fracture after them assembled, it is that under tempering resuhs in delayed fracture by analyzing. And indicate clearly that the tempering temperature of 10.9 and 12.9 bolts made of 42CrMoA steel is not under 500℃ after quenching, and so to increase the delayed fracture resistance of bolts effectively.
