摘要
金融是现代经济的核心,金融安全关系到一个国家的经济安全、政治安全和主权维护。新中国建立后,陈云同志在主持国家财政经济工作中,对实现金融安全的先决条件,即金融安全的前提和金融安全的根基等方面进行了系统的思考。陈云关于稳定物价,统一财经、发行新币以及丰裕财税、增加储备等理论成果,对新中国金融事业的健康发展具有重大的指导作用,对防止和应对金融危机也有借鉴意义。
As the core of modern economy,financial security is of vital importance to a nation＇s economic safety,political stability and sovereignty maintenance.After the foundation of China in 1949,CHEN Yun,in charge of the financial and economic work,took a systematic consideration on the precondition of financial security,namely,the premise and the foundation of financial security.His theoretic achievements,such as price stability,finance controll,new currency issue,tax revenue adding and foreign exchange reserve increase,had not only the leading function for the healthy development of financial cause of PRC but the reference significance for dealing with financial crisis.
