摘要
深入研究再制造成形过程中温度场分布及变化对实现零件的成形与组织性能一体化控制具有重要意义。分别阐述了非接触红外测温技术常用设备(包括亮度测温仪、比色测温仪和红外热像仪)的工作原理及在再制造成形领域中的应用进展,并展望了非接触红外测温技术的发展方向。
To realize the integrated control of parts forming and structure property, it is important to deeply understand the distribution and change of temperature field during rapid forming process. The basic principles, development and applications of non-contact IR(infrared) temperature measurements in forming field are reviewed, such as brightness temperature tester, colorimetric thermodetector, and IR thermal image. Furthermore, the development aspects of non-contact IR temperature measurement are given.
