经直肠超声引导下^(125)碘粒子植入治疗早期局限性前列腺癌 被引量:2

Clinical application of ^(125)I-seed implantation guided by transrectal ultrasonography in early localised prostate cancer

摘要 目的探讨经直肠超声引导放射性125I粒子近距离治疗早期局限性前列腺癌的临床疗效。方法42例早期局限性前列腺癌患者实施经直肠超声引导放射性125I粒子植入术。结果完全反应24例、部分反应10例、病情稳定6例和病情恶化2例,有效率为95.2%。术后3个月10例(23.8%)患者没有出现副反应,尿道症状Ⅰ级20例(47.6%)、Ⅱ级12例(28.6%),未出现Ⅲ、Ⅳ级尿道症状。18例(42.8%)伴有直肠刺激症状。结论超声引导放射性125I粒子植入治疗早期局限性前列腺癌具有微创、快速、安全、疗效确切和并发症发生率低等优势,值得临床进一步推广。 【Objective】To observe clinical efficacy of ^125I-seed implantation guided by transrectal ulrtrasonography in early localised prostate cancer. 【Methods】Firty two patients were treated with ^125I-seed therapy guided by transrectal ultrasonography. 【Results】 The cases of the complete reaction, the partial reaction, the patient’s condition steady and the patient′s condition deterioration were 24, 10, 6 and 2 respectively. The total effective rate was 95.2%. The incidences of Grade Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ urinary morbidity were 47.6 %, 28.6%, 0 and 0 respectively for patients treated with seed implantation after three months. The rectal stimulative reaction was noted in 18 cases. The 10 cases were no complications. [ Conclusion ] ^125I-seed implantation guided by transreetal ulrtrasonography in early localised prostate cancer is safe, rapid, minimally invasive, hight effective, with frequent minor complications.
