摘要
对超声波辅助提取丝瓜籽油的工艺进行了研究,探讨了影响提取率的主要因素,并且通过正交试验确定了最佳工艺条件。结果表明:选用石油醚(b.p.60~90℃)作为提取溶剂,超声时间为40 min,超声功率为120 W,料液比为1∶12(g∶mL),超声温度为50℃时效果最佳,测得丝瓜籽油提取率为17.550%。
The optimun extraction conditions of oil from luffa seeds with aid of ultrasonic wave technology were studied through orthogonal experiments.Results: The obtained optimum extraction conditions are petroleum ether (b.p.60-90 ℃) as extraction solvent,ultrasonic wave power 120 W and action time 40 min,ratio of raw material and solution 1∶12(g∶ mL),and ultrasonic temperature 50 ℃.With these conditions the extraction rate reaches 17.550 %.
