摘要
90多年前,毛泽东发表了著名的体育论著《体育之研究》。文章中的观点和方法仍然对我国目前开展的阳光体育运动具有较大的指导意义。具体表现在:1)对应试教育的批判,彰显阳光体育运动的现实意义;2)所具有的辩证法观点,对开展阳光体育运动的哲学价值;3)对体育本质的探讨,具有对阳光体育运动的目的指引;4)快乐体育思想,对开展阳光体育运动内容的启示;5)自己的锻炼心得,对开展阳光体育运动的方法指导。《体育之研究》是每一个阳光体育运动参与者与管理者应该认真阅读的文献。
More than 90 years ago, Man Zedong published his famous sports research paper A Study of Physical Education. The viewpoint and methods in this paper can still guide Sunlight Sports Movement in the currcnt society as follows： 1 ） the criticism on the examination-oriented education shows the realistic value of the sunlight sports movement; 2） its dialectic views has philosophic significance on the Sunlight Sports Movement; 3） By discussion of the essence of physical education, we can guide the p~ of the Sunlight Sports Movement; 4） we can draw inspiration from happy sports ideas to develop contents of the Sunlight Sports Movement; 5） the experience of Mao Zedong＇ sport exercise can provide methods and guidmace for the Sunlight Sports Movement. Every participant and manager of the Sunlight Sports Movement should read A Study of Physical Education seriously.
