摘要
运用专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数据统计法和实验法对女子拉丁健美操课程进行锻炼效果的实践检验。结果证明:拉丁健美操课程对女大学生的身体和心理状况都能产生良好的作用。它能够使女大学生胸围、腰围减小,体重降低;安静心率降低,心肺功能以及平衡能力都得到显著性改善;腹部力量和柔韧素质得到加强。同时能够有效降低女大学生的紧张感、愤怒感、疲劳感、抑郁感、慌乱感,同时增加精力感和自尊感,对女大学生12周内的心境状态能够起到良好的调节作用。
with the methods of literature review、 questionnaire, expert interview and logical analysis, this paper tested the influence of the Latin aerobics course plan. The study proves that the Latin aerobics course plan is benefit to body and mentality of female college students. It can reduce the size of bust, waist and lose weight and decrease heart rate. It also can improve cardioptthnonary functions and balanced capacity, strengthen abdomen power and flexibility. It is good for the mentality of female college students with reducing the tension, anger, fatigue, depression and panic, while increasing energy and a sense of self-esteem in 12 weeks.
