摘要
采用自行研制的往复摩擦磨损试验机,研究了不同成分人工滑液润滑的实验条件下UHMWPE/Ti_6Al_4V关节材料的生物摩擦学性能,并利用扫描电子显微镜观察其磨损表面形貌.结果表明,不同成分人工滑液润滑条件下的UHMWPE/Ti_6Al_4V摩擦副的摩擦系数以及UHMWPE试样的体积磨损量有明显差异:去离子水润滑性很差,因其润滑的UHMWPE/Ti_6Al_4V摩擦副的摩擦系数以及UHMWPE试样的体积磨损量都最大;Hank's液的减磨性虽然较好,但是润滑性很差;小牛血清去离子水溶液的浓度在20%~40%(V/V)时,UHMWPE/Ti_6Al_4V摩擦副的摩擦系数以及UHMWPE试样的体积磨损量都很小.
Biotribological behavior of artificial joint material of UHMWPE/Ti6 Al4 V was investigated under lubricating condition with different components of some artificial synovia by a homemade reciprocating friction and wear tester, and topographies of worn surfaces were observed by SEM. The results showed that friction coefficient of UHMWPE/Ti6Al4V rubbing pairs and volume loss of wear of UHMWPE were clearly different under lubricating condition with different components of some artificial synovial;' lu- bricating behavior of deionized water was not good because friction coefficient of UHMWPE/Ti6Al4 V rubbing pairs and volume loss of wear of UHMWPE were both maximal; wear-reducing behavior of Hank's solution was better, but its lubricating behavior was worse; friction coefficient of UHMWPE/Ti6 Al4 V rubbing pairs and volume loss of wear of UHMWPE were both little under lubricating condition with calf serum deionized water whose content range of calf serum was between 20% and 40% (V/V).
