气体钻井技术在龙岗1井的试验与认识

摘要 龙岗1井是龙岗构造上一口风险探井,设计井深6316m,由于地层可钻性差,采用常规钻井工艺机械钻速低,且极易发生钻具事故。龙岗1井钻井采用纯空气、氮气钻井试验的结果表明,采用气体钻井技术后机械钻速比邻区提高了3~4倍,减少了井漏和断钻具等井下事故,保证了井下安全,试验所用空气锤还具有很好的防斜打快效果。 The Longgang 1 well is a risk exploration well with 6316m target depth.For the drillability of Longgang formation is poor,the drilling rate of using conventional drilling technology is lower and downhole accident continually occurred.Through field test of pure air and nitrogen gas drilling in Longgang 1 well,the results showed the drilling rate was increased by 3~4 times than contiguous area,and the lost circulation and downhole accident were reduced,the air hammer used in testing had better deviation control effect.
