摘要
目的:观察针灸对糖尿病合并周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法:将80例患者随机分为观察组(50例)与对照组(30例),两组均口服降糖药、B族维生素及对症治疗,观察组另予针灸治疗。结果:观察组治疗后神经症状及正中神经、胫神经MCV、SCV有显著变化。结论:针灸治疗糖尿病合并周围神经病变疗效确切。
Objective： To assess the clinical curative effect of acupuncture on diabetes complicated by around neuropatholotieal changes. Methods： 80 eases of diabetes were divided at random into observation group（50 cases） and the control group（30 cases）. All the patients from the two groups were given drop--sugar--drug and vitamin--B（orally）, with routine treatment. Those from the observation group were additionally treated with acupuncture. Results： There was remarkable changes in the neurosis symptom, rightly middle nerve, leg nerve MCV and SCV of the patients from the observation group. Conclusion： Acupuncture can produce a reliable and significant curative effect on diabetes complicated by around neuropathological changes.
