超声提取液相色谱测定环境固体样品中多环芳烃 被引量:9

摘要 采用超声提取-反相高效液相色谱紫外-荧光检测器串联测定环境固体样品中的多环芳烃,对液相色谱的测定条件进行了优化,考察了方法的线性相关性、精密度、准确性和加标回收率。结果表明,该方法实现了短柱(75 mm)对14种多环芳烃的分离。在优化的条件下,紫外和荧光检测器的检出限分别为(0.019 3~0.773 9)ng和(0.001 5~0.221 0)ng,方法精密度为1.36%~7.72%(紫外检测器)和0.39%~3.43%(荧光检测器),基体加标回收率达85.44%~115.23%。方法灵敏度和准确性高,适用于环境固体样品多环芳烃的分析检测。 Ultrasonic extraction and HPLC with fluorescence and ultraviolet detector was applied to determining PAHs in solid samples. The conditions of HPLC were optimized and the liner correlation, precision, veracity and recovery of the method were investigated. The ultraviolet and fluorescence detection limit were (0.019 3-0. 773 9) ng and (0.001 5-0. 221 0) ng respectively, precisions were 1.36%-7.72% (ultraviolet detection) and 0. 39%-3. 43% (fluorescence detection) and the recoveries of standard addition were 85.4%-115.2%. There were 14 PAHs being separated with a short column (75 mm). The method is highly sensitive and accurate that can be applied to analysis and determination of PAHs in solid samples.
