在我国医院的发展与医疗市场现状为背景的基础上,以CRM的内涵及医院现代经营管理思想,解析"亚德"医院客户关系系统在医院实施的医院价值。
Base on the background of the development in Chinese hospitals and the present situation in medical markets, combined with CRM and modern hospital management theory, the system of AD hospital customer relationship management, which values in hospital, have been analyzed.
