沼气肥与化肥配施对甜玉米产量和品质的影响 被引量:14

Effects of Combined Application of Biogas Digestate and Chemical Fertilizer on the Yield and Quality of Sweet Maize

摘要 采用田间试验研究了沼液、沼渣与化肥配施的不同处理对甜玉米产量和品质的影响。结果表明,除单施沼液、沼液与氮肥配施处理与常规施肥处理间差异不显著外,其余处理较常规施肥处理均表现增产,增产率为8.7%~26.1%,且均达显著水平,其中以沼渣与氮肥配施处理甜玉米产量最高。沼液和沼渣在配施一定比例化肥的基础上能增加甜玉米子粒还原糖含量,以沼液与高量氮磷肥配施处理的还原糖含量最高;沼气肥配施化肥均不同程度降低玉米子粒蔗糖和可溶性糖含量。施用沼液各处理的甜玉米子粒粗蛋白含量均增加(2.7%~12.3%)、全磷和全钾含量有所增加。施用沼渣还大幅提高了土壤有机质和速效钾含量。 A field experiment was conducted to study the effects of combined application of biogas digestate and chemical fertilizer on the yield and quality of sweet maize. The results showed that almost all treatments can raise the yield of sweet maize by 8.7% - 26.1% comparing to chemical fertilizer, expect for the T2 with the single application of biogas slurry and T3 with biogas slurry+chemical fertilizer N. The maximum increase of yield of sweet maize was obtained in treatment T7 with biogas dregs+chemical fertilizer N. The contents of reducing sugar in sweet maize seed were raised for treatments of combined application of biogas digestate with different proportion of chemical fertilizer, and the the maximum increase was treatment T5 with biogas+100% chemical fertilizer. The contents of sucrose and soluble sugar in sweet maize seed were reduced in treatments of combined application of biogas digestate with different proportion of chemical fertilizer. The contents of protein in sweet maize seed were increased by 2.7% - 12.3% in all biogas slurry treatments, so do the contents of phosphorus and potassium. The contents of organic matter and available K increased in all biogas dregs treatments.
