摘要
根据上海光源软X射线谱学显微光束线站高光谱分辨的要求,单色光出射狭缝设计采用柔性铰链式精密结构,利用柔性铰链的特性优点,可以实现狭缝开口仅为0~0.5 mm,而且可以精度很高地调节开口宽度。该设计实现了狭缝开口输出位移和输入驱动位移的比例关系。文中介绍了该狭缝结构的机械设计原理及所采用柔性铰链的设计方法,并通过有限元分析软件ANSYS对其进行建模分析,验证了其运动原理和机械强度的设计,确定狭缝能满足上海同步辐射装置的使用要求。
According to the requirements of high spectrum resolution for the station of Shanghai light source soft X-ray spectroscopy and microscopy beam-line,the design of monochromatic light exit slit adopted the flexible hinged precision structure.Using the advantages of characteristics of flexible hinges the slit opening can be possibly realized is only 0~0.5mm and it is possible to adjust the opening width very high precision.The design realized a relationship of 1:1 ratio between the outputting displacements of slit opening and the inputting driving displacements. The mechanical designing principle of this slit structure and the adopted designing method of flexible hinge were introduced in this paper, and the modeling analysis was carried out on them through finite element analytical software ANSYS. Its kinematic principle and design of mechanical strength were verified and the ascertained slit could satisfy the employing requirement of the Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility (SSRF).
