摘要
石榴枯萎病在云南蒙自发生较为严重,以石榴枯萎病菌为供试菌种,用生长速率法测定了5种植物的乙醇提取液对病菌不同生长期的抑菌效果,结果表明5种植物提取液对石榴枯萎病菌均有一定的抑制作用,在病菌的适应期:苦参、黄连、细辛、板蓝根、芦荟的抑菌率分别为93.33%,97.78%,71.11%,64.44%,66.67%,以苦参的抑菌效果最佳。在病菌的生长旺盛期:黄连、苦参、细辛、板蓝根和芦荟的抑菌率分别为90.12%,86.63%,79.65%,68.03%,64.54%,抑菌效果最佳的植物是黄连。研究发现天然植物提取液中存在抑制石榴枯萎病菌的活性物质,这为石榴枯萎病的生防提供了新的思路和途径。
In this paper, Sophora flavescens ait, Coptis chinosis franeh, Asarum, Radix isatid, Aloe carried out on toxicity measurement tbr the Ceratocystis fimbriata. The results showed that five kinds of plants had inhibi- tion to it, and it's bacteriostasis rate was 93.33%, 97.78%, 71.11%, 64.44%, 66.67% in growth adaptation peri- od, the best bacteriostatic effect plant Was Sophoraflavescens ait; In the strong period of growth, the bacteriosta- sis rate was 90.12%, 86.63%, 79.65%, 68.03%, 64.54%, the best bacteriostatic effect plant was Coptis chinosis franeh. This study found natural plant extract contain some active substances which can inhibition the pome- granate wilt disease fungus, this do provide a new way and method for the biological control of pomegranate wilt disease.
