摘要 通过过滤涂膜的方法把氢氧化铁(Fe(OH)3)胶体涂在聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)膜表面进行膜的表面改性,研究了制膜压力、Fe(OH)3胶体浓度对改性膜性能的影响。在制膜压力0.15 MPa,Fe(OH)3胶体质量分数0.05%的条件下,制得的改性膜纯水通量为350 mL/(cm2.h)左右,截留率超过99%,高于未改性膜。在膜生物反应器(MBR)中,改性膜的出水水质优于未改性膜。污染膜清洗后,改性膜纯水通量恢复率高出未改性膜12%;通过扫描电镜(SEM)分析亦表明,改性PVDF膜抗污染性能提高。 In the paper, polyvinylidene fluoride membrane surface is coated with ferric hydroxide colloid to modify the membrane surface performance by filtering method. The effects of pressure while producing membrane and concentration of ferric hydroxide colloid upon modified membrane were in- vestigated. When the pressure of membrane preparation was 0.15 MPa and the mass fractions of fer- ric hydroxide was 0.05% ,the membrane pure water flux was about 350 mL/( cm2 - h) with rejection rate above 99%, higher than unmodified membrane. The quality of effluent treated by modified membrane was better than unmodified membrane in membrane bio - reactor. After cleared, the pure water flux recovery ratio of pollu- ted modified membrane was 12% higher than unmodified membrane. And the analyse of scanning electron mi- croscopy(SEM) also indicated that the anti- pollution performance of modified PVDF membrane improved.
