摘要
[目的]了解漳平市城区校园及其周边饮食业食(饮)具卫生状况,以便为有针对性地加强饮食业食(饮)具卫生管理提供依据。[方法]2008年6月和12月,对漳平市城区校园及其周边饮食业食(饮)具进行消毒效果检测。[结果]检测各类食(饮)具536份,合格率为81.34%。食(饮)具消毒合格率,中学食堂为85.00%,幼儿园食堂为92.19%,校园周边饮食店为75.84%(P<0.01);碗为79.06%,筷为78.66%,盘子等为93.48%(P<0.01);夏季(6月)为83.07%,冬季(12月)为79.71%(P>0.05)。[结论]漳平市城区幼儿园食堂食(饮)具卫生质量达标,中学及校园周边饮食业食(饮)具卫生状况较差。
[Objective]To understand the hygienic status of tableware in catering trade of school and its surrounding areas in Zhangping city, to be aimed at providing evidence for strengthening health management of tableware in catering trade. [Methods]The effect of tableware disinfection was monitored in catering trade of school and its surrounding areas in Zhangping city in June and December of 2008. [Results]536 samples of various tableware were detected,the qualified rate was 81.34%. The qualified rate of tableware disinfection in middle school canteen was 85.00% ,the qualified rate of kindergarten canteen was 92.19%. The restaurants in school and its surrounding areas was 75.84% （ P〈0.01）, the bowl was 79.06% ,the chopsticks were 78.66% ,the plate was 93.48% （ P〈0.01） ,the qualified rate in Summer（June） was 83.07% ,the qualified rate in Winter（December） was 79.71%（ P〉0.05）. [Conclusion]The tableware sanitary quality of kindergarten canteen had reached the standard in Zhangping city. The hygienic status of tableware in catering trade of middle school and its surrounding areas was worse.
