摘要
目的:研究肺癌患者体液免疫指标血清球蛋白IgG、IgA、lgM及补体3(C3)、补体4(C4)在化疗前后的变化。方法:测定100例肺癌患者的血清免疫球蛋白IgG、IgM、IgA及C3、C4的含量,并和肺炎和健康对照相比较。结果:肺癌组的IgG、IgA、IgM及C3、C4比肺炎组和正常人显著升高(P<0.01和P<0.05),肺癌患者化疗后有效组C3、C4明显低于化疗前患者的。结论:对肺癌患者体液免疫指标的观察可作为疗效观查的指标。
Objective：To investigate the change of serum immune globulin and complement level in patients with non-small cell lung cancer pre and post chemotherapy. Methods ： Levels of serum immune globulin （IgG,igA, IgM） and complement（C3,C4） in 100 patients with non-small cell lung cancer pre and post chemotherapy were detected and compared with the 80 controls with pneumonia and health controls. Results ：The levels of serum immune globulin and complement in patients with non-small cell lung cancer were significantly higher than health control（P〈0. 01） and patients with pneumonia（P〈0. 05）. The levels of serum complement in patients with good responser were significantly lower than patients with prechemotherapy. Conclusion： Serum complement might be a marker for evaluating the effect of chemotherapy.
