摘要
自校准方法是一种普遍的用于提高仪器精度的综合方法,本文介绍了自校准方法在纳伏电压标准装置中的应用,通过校准信号源的设计和程序控制修正量程误差,再者通过函数拟合法产生频响误差修正因子,从而有效的克服了频响误差,显著的提高了测量仪器的性能,并结合实验验证了自校准方法能有效的提高测量精度,保证测试装置测量值准确有效的复现。
The method of self-calibration is a universal synthetical means applied in improving the device's precision, The paper introduced the application of the method of self-calibration based on the standard device of Nanovolt ,and correct the factor of the measurement span through the design of signal generator of calibration and program control, and then surmount the errors of frequency response effectively through correcting the factor of frequency response errors by the method of function fitting, and raise the performance of the machine remarkable, verify that the method of selfcalibration can enhance the precision of the measurement through experiments, so as to ensure the reappearance of the measurement device's value exact and valid.
