摘要
目的观察加味大承气汤灌肠对脑卒中伴有急性胃黏膜病变患者肠黏膜屏障保护作用,为临床治疗提供有效依据。方法将本院急诊、内科63例者脑卒中伴有急性胃黏膜病变患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组予大承气汤加味灌肠的方法,对照组予一般的对症治疗,两组其他治疗相同。结果治疗组治疗后血清白介素下降情况优于对照组,且胃肠功能衰竭、肺部感染发生率均低于对照组。结论大承气汤加味灌肠可促使脑卒中伴有急性胃黏膜病变患者胃肠功能恢复并能减少肺部感染的发生。
Objective To observe the protective action of flavored dachengqi tang enema on intestinal mucosa in patients with cerebral apoplexy and provide effective basis for the clinical treatment.Methods 63 of stroke patients with acute gastric mucosal lesions were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with the flavored dachengqi tang enema,while the control group with symptomatic treatment.The other basic treatments were the same in both groups.Results After treatment,the serum interleukin level in treatment group decreased obviously than that in control group.The gastrointestinal failure and pulmonary infection rates in the treatment group were lower than that in the control group.Conclusion The flavored Dachengqi Tang enema can improve gastrointestinal function recovery in stroke patients with acute gastric mucosal lesions and reduce the pulmonary infection.
