摘要
介绍河北省南部电网网厂协调中自动发电控制和一次调频功能投入的现状,并对其功能优化问题进行探讨,以充分发挥这两项功能在网厂协调中的作用,保障电网的安全、经济运行。
This paper analyzes present situation on two important aspects of the coordinated management between Generation and grid-the primary frequency regulation and the AGC （automatic generation control） function in southern Hebei power grid,and discusses optimization methods of these two functions to ensure these functions are effective and the power grid can operate safely and economically.
