摘要
主要对SS9型、SS7E型和HXD2型机车用轴箱拉杆以及其关键部件之一的橡胶关节等进行了介绍,通过对这3种轴箱拉杆的结构优缺点、刚度性能、橡胶关节的性能、疲劳可靠性等的对比分析,对主机厂今后进行该类产品的结构设计提出了具体的建议。
This paper introduces the axle box rods of SS9, SS7E and HXD2 locomotive and main part of rubber joint. From the comparative analysis of advantages and disadvantages of the structure, stiffness properties, the performance of rubber joint, fatigue reliability of the three kinds of axle box rod, the paper puts forward concrete proposals on the structure design of this kind of product to the locomotive factory.
