摘要
连铸板坯中,由于多种类型的表面缺陷,其中横向裂纹备受关注。含铌合金钢容易出现这种裂纹。在立弯式连铸机的弯曲段与矫直段,在铸坯的内表面上可能出现表面及角部横向裂纹,外表面出现角横裂纹。分析了含铌钢铸坯横裂纹的产生原因,通过测温实验及高温力学性能实验分析S355J2-1钢的二冷配水方案,并提出了具体优化措施,取得良好效果。
For CC slab, there are many kinds of surface defects which are transversal cracks mainly, Nb containing slab is easy to appear such cracks. Normally, in the bending segment and straightening period of vertical-bending continuous caster, surface and corner transversal cracks will appear in the inner face, corner transversal cracks will appear in the outer surface. The causes of the transversal cracks were analyzed, through measuring temperature and high-temperature mechanical property experiments of S355J2-1 steel with the secondary cooling water distribution. The optimizing measures were put forward and the better results were achieved.
