摘要
用月桂酸对纳米3Y—TZP粉体进行表面改性,实验结果表明,改性最佳工艺为:月硅酸用量10%、改性时间75min、改性温度60%。经表面改性的粉体,由引起团聚的强极性多羟基表面结构变为非极性有机表层结构,粉体间作用力减小,硬团聚消失,大幅度提高了陶瓷体的烧结性能。
Tetragonal zirconia polycrystals (TZP) stabilized with 3% (molar fraction) Y2O3 (3Y-TZP) name-powders were modified with lauric acid. Effects of organic modification on properties of 3Y-TZP powders and sintering were investigated. Results show that the optimum processes for surface modification of 3Y-TZP nano-powders are modifier content 10%, modification time 75 rain, and modification temperature 60℃. The surface structure changes from polar hydroxylie surface structure causing agglomeration of powders into non-polar organic layer surface structure. The c, hanges in surface polarity can reduce the interaction between particles, eliminate of hard agglomeration of powders and improve the sintering property of ceramic.
