摘要
将无核密度仪(PQI)和钻芯后表干法测试密度(压实度)进行了对比试验分析,验证了PQI检测现场热再生沥青混凝土路面密度的准确性和有效性。在利用PQI和红外热像仪联合进行的摊铺温度离析对再生沥青混合料压实效果研究中,基于PQI测试结果,得出了一定温度下碾压遍数与再生沥青混合料压实度的关系。研究表明,快速、无损、精度高的PQI在沥青混凝土路面现场再生施工质量控制中将有较好的应用前景。
The comparative test results between PQI and surface-dry condition method with drilling core in density (degree of compaction) measurement are analyzed, the accuracy and efficiency of PQI in detecting density of in-place hot recycling of asphalt concrete pavements are verified. In the study of the compaction effect of recycled asphalt mixture under the condition of temperature segregation during paving with PQI and infrared thermal imager together, based on detection results of PQI, the relationship under certain temperature between rolling times and degree of compaction of recycled asphalt mixture is reached. It shows that rapid , nondestructive and high precision PQI will make a good application prospect for construction quality control of in-place hot recycling of asohalt concrete navements.
