摘要
结合气压传动技术和谐波齿轮传动技术,设计了一种全新的纯气动波发生器,并以4组气缸构建了气动波发生器的工作原理模型。通过柔轮变形与波发生器受力分析,实际计算和验证了一般谐波齿轮波发生器的输出力要求,并根据波发生器输出力要求,进行了气缸的选型,验证了这种新型的纯气动波发生器的具有一定的可行性。
We present a new type of pneumatic wave generator in the harmonic gear drive. It is designed by combining the technology of pneumatic drive and harmonic gear drive and utilizing the work principle of the pneumatic wave generator for four team cylinders. According to the analysis of the distortion of flexible gear and the strain forces of wave generator, we calculated and validated the strain forces of the wave generator, and then selected the type of cylinder. The new wave generator is validated to be feasible.
