摘要
传动误差是检验齿轮啮合质量的一个重要指标,也可以为进一步改善齿轮的设计和加工提供实验依据,因此对传动误差检测手段和分析方法的研究具有重要的理论意义和应用价值。笔者介绍了齿轮传动误差检测分析系统,并对某船用人字齿轮修形前后的传动误差进行了采集分析,运用数字信号处理技术对传动误差进行频谱分析和滤波处理,对比了修形前后的齿频传动误差,最后通过实验验证了该方法的可行性及精确性。
The gear transmission errors are important indice in testing gear meshing quality which can provide the experimental basis for further improvement of the design and manufacture of the gears. In this paper, we first introduce the analytic system of the gears transmission errors testing and collect the transmission errors of the zigzag gears, and then use the digital signal processing techniques to analyze the transmission errors from the aspects of the frequency spectrum and filtration. Finally, we contrast the transmission errors between the previous face and amended one. The result of the experiment has verified the accuracy and feasibility of this method.
