不同季节温湿度指数对奶牛生产性能和生理生化指标的影响 被引量:35

摘要 试验研究了四川地区不同季节温湿度指数(THI)的变化规律及其对奶牛生产性能和生理生化指标的影响。结果表明:四川地区夏季牛舍THI、奶牛直肠温度和呼吸频率极显著高于其他季节(P<0.01)。夏季奶牛的DMI和产奶量显著下降(P<0.05),乳中体细胞数显著升高(P<0.05),乳脂率和乳蛋白含量下降。夏季奶牛血清中皮质醇含量显著下降(P<0.05),T3和T4含量极显著降低(P<0.01);SOD和GSH-Px活性显著下降(P<0.05),MDA含量上升(P<0.01)。上述结果表明,四川地区夏季奶牛出现轻度热应激,造成奶牛机体抗氧化能力和代谢水平降低,生产性能和乳品质下降。
