摘要
MCGS组态软件具有网络监控、数据采集和处理、趋势曲线、报表输出、动画显示等功能,能够在道岔融雪控制系统中发挥其优越性。立足于现实运用,对道岔融雪监控系统进行了研究和设计,重点阐述了道岔融雪监控系统的硬件组成、软件组态和设计过程等情况,并通过实践证明,该控制系统具有界面友好、自动化程度高、监控可靠、扩展性强等特点,可以达到自动监控道岔融雪状况、提高铁路运输安全保障的目的。该系统的开发运用对于其他同类项目具有借鉴意义。
MCGS configuration software has the functionalities of network monitoring, data acquisition and processing, the trend curve, output statements, animation display and so on, whose advantages is embodied in railroad switch snow melting monitor system. Based on practical application, the authors in- troduce the application of MCGS in railroad switch snow melting monitor system, focusing on hardware component, software configuration, and design process. It was proved through practices that the system has the advantages of friendly interface, high degree of automation, reliable monitoring, easy expansion, etc. , for the purpose of monitoring snow conditions automatically and improving rail transportation safety. The development of the system is a good reference for other similar projects.
