摘要
分析了我国高校大众化教育带来的高等教育变化,指出目前高校人才培养模式向多层次教育形式、多样化教学方式、多元化教学目标的方向发展的现实必然性,探讨高等教育多层次教育形式培养目标,建立了高等教育多样化教学培养模式,论证高等教育多元化人才培养的四种定位及培养方式,提出了适应大众化教育的本科"3M"创新教学与管理模式的改革思路与措施。
The high education change of our country caused by mass popular education is analyzed in this paper. It is indicated that at present, the high education model is inevitably developing toward the multi-layer education, multi-form teaching, multi-purpose training. The aim of multi-layer high education is discussed, the multi-layer high education model is established and the four types and targets of multi-form training for high education are studied. The 3M innovation models which are suitable to mass popular education undergraduate students are put forward.
