摘要
构建和谐社会就是要维护和实现社会公平正义,重点要促进共享人的包括体育在内的基本权利和社会改革成果。发展农村体育,正视农村体育发展的困境,关注城乡体育需求,加强农村体育政策保障和制度建设,落实农村体育发展的各项措施,加大农村体育扶持力度,保障广大人民群众享有基本的体育权利,促进各项社会主义改革成果的共享,也就成为构建和谐社会的必然要求。
Construction of harmonious society means upholding and realizing social fairness and justice, the key point of which is to promote common enjoyment of human basic rights including sport and results of social reform. Developing rural sport, facing squarely difficult position of rural sports development, concerning demands of cities and towns to sport, strengthening the safeguard in policy for rural sport and construction of system, implementing all measures for the development of rural sport, increasing the dynamic to support rural sport, ensuring that broad masses can enjoy basic sports fight and promoting the common enjoyment of results of socialist reform, all these become inevitable demands to the construction of harmonious society.
