摘要
采用PAGE技术测定了大黄鱼、美国红鱼、黑鲷和花鲈四种海水养殖鱼类血清转铁蛋白(Tf)的多态性。研究结果表明:美国红鱼、花鲈、大黄鱼等三种养殖群体Tf有6种表型,受3等位基因控制;黑鲷有9种表型,受4等位基因控制。美国红鱼、花鲈、黑鲷的血清转铁蛋白杂合体基因型均大于纯合体,而大黄鱼的则是杂合体小于纯合体。血清铁浓度:花鲈>黑鲷>美国红鱼>大黄鱼;铁饱和度:黑鲷>花鲈>大黄鱼>美国红鱼。由此推断,黑鲷的耐低氧能力比其他三种海水养殖鱼类强。
The study on four maricuture fish ( Sciaemops oceUatus ,Lateolabrax japonicus ,Pseudosciaena crocea,Sparus macrocephalu)at serum transferring polymorphism was carried out with vertical polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE). Thekinds, phenotype and genotype of serum transferrin between four mariculture fish were analyzed,and the iron concentrations, the iron binding capacities and iron saturation degrees of serum of four maricuture fish also were determined. The results showed that there were six phenotypes which be controlled by three genotypes in Sciaemops ocellatus ,Lateolabrax japonicus ,Pseudosciaena crocea, and that there were nine phenotypes which be controlled by 4 genotypes in Sparus macrocephalu. The heterozygote of serum transferring is more than the homozygote in Sciaemops ocellatus ,Lateolabrax japonicus ,Sparus macrocephalsu ,and Pseudosciaena crocea is contary, the iron concentrations:Lateolabrax japonicus 〉Sparus macrocephalus 〉Sciaemops ocellatus 〉Pseudosciaena crocea;the iron saturation degrees :Sparus macrocephalu〉Lateolabrax japonicuss〉Pseudosciaena crocea〉Sciaemops ocellatus. Based on these, it was deduced that Sparus macrocephalus has a stronger lower-oxygen concentration resistance than the other three mariculture fishes.
