摘要
配网管理系统是目前广泛应用于电力资源管理的一种管理信息系统,GIS和SCADA是其中必要的应用子系统。两个子系统间的数据异构为系统的应用带来了问题,针对以上问题,介绍了宁波电业局的配电管理系统(DMS)的体系结构及该系统中GIS与SACAD两个子系统之间的数据转换的实现方法。
Distribution management system (DMS) is widely used in power resource management at present. GIS (Geography Information System) and SCADA (Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition) are two necessary application subsystems of it. However, the data heterogeneity between GIS and SCADA has brought many problems to the application of DMS. In view of this shortage, Ningbo Electric Power Bureau has developed a technique for it. This paper would describe the technique for data transformation between GIS and SCADA and the system architecture of DMS in Ningbo Electric Power Bureau.
