发酵床养猪及常规养猪的对比分析 被引量:24

摘要 发酵床是结合现代微生物发酵处理技术提出的一种环保、安全有效的生态养猪法,为了推广发酵床养猪技术,试验选择60 d龄大小体重约26 kg的长白猪20头,公母各半,随机分成试验组(发酵床)和对照组(常规法饲养),通过试验期为120 d的对比饲养试验,分别对60 d1、20 d的增重和饲料消耗量进行分析,以及试验期结束后随机屠宰5头试验猪作肉质测定分析,结果:试验组与对照组相比日增重无显著差异(P>0.05);饲料用量试验组比对照组低0.4 kg/(头.d)(P<0.05);试验组饲养成本比对照组低27.9元;6项肉质指标均优于对照组。 To promote an environmental friendly, effective, and ecological pig raising method, fermenting bed method witch combined with modern microbiological fermentation techniques, 20 Landrace piglets with 26 kg body weight,60 days age,and half male and female were randomly divided in fermenting bed group and conventional group as control to compare the difference. Weight gain in 60 days and 120 days, feed consumption, and also meat quality of 5 pigs slaughtered randomly at the end of experiment were analyzed. Results showed that there was no significant different between the two groups on daily gain in 0.05 level, feed consumption in fermenting bed group was 0.4 kg/head less than control group in 0.05 level, the feeding cost was 27.9 yuan lower than control, and also 6 meat quality indices were better than control group.
