摘要
研制了一种新型超低密度(0.93-0.95 g/cm3)堵漏液,该堵漏液主要由黏土类增黏剂、纤维素衍生物增黏剂、木质素类稀释剂、激活剂、固化剂和密度调节剂组成,具有良好的悬浮能力、固化性能,且和钻井液具有良好的相容性,为现场安全施工提供了保障;固化时间在一定范围内可以通过改变激活剂加量任意调节,稠化时间长但不会出现超缓凝;具有良好的流动能力和触变性,尤其是在高温状态流动时流动阻力很小,当其静止后在很短的时间内发生触变,能有效地阻止堵漏液继续流入地层,为下一步的固化提供了前提条件,既解决了常规钻井液随钻堵漏承压能力低的缺点,又弥补了水泥浆堵漏时化学兼容性无法保障的潜在危险。
A new ultra-low density(0.93~0.95 g/cm3) fluid used in lost circulation control was developed.This fluid is composed of clay(viscosifier),cellulose derivative(viscosifier),lignin(thinner),activator,curing agent,and weighting agent,and has very good suspension capacity,curing performance and compatibility with other additives presented.The curing time can be adjusted in a certain range using activator.The thickening time is long but no over-retardation will occur.Excellent mobility and thixotropy of this fluid minimize the flow friction,especially at elevated temperature.When immobilized,the thixotropy of the fluid hinders the flow of the fluid into the formation,providing an environment for its solidification.Unlike cement slurry which has the potential of contaminating the drilling fluid used,this fluid has no interference to most of the drilling fluids and has a better pressurized property than conventional drilling fluids containing LCM during drilling.
