摘要
分析研究了金属离子、蔗糖对天冬氨酸酶活性的影响 ,并用化学修饰方法分析了天冬氨酸酶活性部位的氨基酸。 Mg2 +,Mn2 +对天冬氨酸酶具有激活作用 ,且 Mn2 +的激活作用是Mg2 +的 1 .47倍 ,而蔗糖必须在 Mg2 +或 Mn2 +存在的情况下 ,才能提高酶的活性 ,最高可达不加蔗糖时的 5.1 8倍 ;半胱氨酸、组氨酸。
Aspartase catalyzes the reversible conversion of L aspartate to fumarate and NH 4 +. We have studied its enzymatic characters. Results are as follows: only in the presence of Mg 2+ or Mn 2+ , sucrose can activate the aspartase. We think that the activation may be relative to hydroxyl of the sucrose, After chemical modification, we found that Cys, His and Lys may be the amino acids in the active part of aspartase.
