摘要
采用固相反应法制备了CoO掺杂的0.95MgTiO3-0.05CaTiO3(95MCT)介质陶瓷。研究了CoO掺杂对95MCT介质陶瓷烧结特性、相结构和微波介电性能的影响。结果表明,CoO掺杂的95MCT陶瓷的主晶相为MgTiO3和CaTiO3两相结构;CoO掺杂能有效降低95MCT陶瓷的烧结温度至1250℃,同时提高陶瓷的品质因数。w(CoO)=2.6%的95MCT陶瓷在1250℃烧结获得最佳性能,即介电常数εr=20.9,品质因数与频率的乘积Q×f=48908,介电常数温度系数αc=1.06×10-5。
0.95MgTiO3-0.05CaTiO3(95MCT)ceramics with CoO additive have been prepared by the conventional solid-state method.The effects of CoO additive on the sintering properties,phase structures and microwave dielectric properties of 95MCT are studied.The results show that MgTiO3 and CaTiO3 are the main phases of CoO doping 95MCT ceramics,the CoO doping can ruduce the sintering temperature of 95MCT ceramics to 1 250 ℃ and can effectively increase the Q factor.The 95MCT ceramics with amount of 2.6% CoO additive possesses excellent microwave dielectric,that is,a dielectric constant εr of 20.9(1 kHz),a Q×f value of 48 908 and a αc value of 1.06×10^-5.
