摘要
独立设置的教学督导机构,有利于管理与监控职责分离。为实现监督、检查、评估、指导的教学督导职能,教学督导工作应把握以导为主督导结合、不越位、交流探讨和及时反馈的原则。比较法、抽象法、现督现评法、问题跟踪法是教学督导主要的方法。督教、督学、督管是教学督导的主要内容。
