摘要
概述了糠醛的性质、用途和制备方法;一步法制备,糠醛收率低,一般只在50%左右,三废污染严重;两步法制备,糠醛收率高、原料能够综合利用;文中还展望了生物质材料水解制取糠醛,并用汽油或柴油萃取作为汽车的替代燃料的前景。
The property,application and preparation of the furfural were described in this paper.Using the one-step process method not obtained a low yield of 50%,but polluted the atmosphere seriously.While using two-step process method was different,it had a higher yield and more sufficient utilization of raw materials.The furfural was prepared by hydrolyzing biomass material,and then extracted by gas.It has the wide foreground in the substitution of automotive fuel.
