肿瘤抑制基因甲基化与食管癌

摘要 食管癌在发展中国家有着极高的发病率,由于在早期诊断和后期治疗上的困难,有5年存活率的食管癌患者不到10%。因此,更好地理解发病的分子生物学机制以提供早期诊断分子标记和新的治疗方法成为当今研究的热点。根据病因学和病理学特征,食管癌分为两种类型:食管鳞状细胞癌(ESCC)和食管腺癌(EAC)。
