细晶螺纹钢的成分、组织及性能的关系研究

STUDY ON THE RELATIONS OF CHEMICAL COMPOSITION,MICROSTRUCTURE AND PROPERTIES OF FINE GRAIN RIBBED BAR

摘要 建筑用螺纹钢筋在我国钢材产量中占有重要比例,国民经济的迅速发展对其产品质量和性能提出了更高的要求。对超快速冷却技术生产的HRBF400细晶螺纹钢筋的组织和力学性能进行分析和研究,结果表明:该技术可以明显提高钢筋的强度,而塑性指标下降较少;同时可以获得细小的铁素体和珠光体组织,各项指标满足国家标准的要求。 Ribbed bar for construction has an important ratio in the steel production of China, and a higher requirement of production quality has been put forward with the rapid development of economy. In this paper, the microstructure and mechanical properties have been studied and analyzed for HRBF400 fine grain ribbed bar produced with ultra fast cooling techniques, the results show that the strength of ribbed bar can be improved obviously with this technique and has a less degree of decrease in its plastic index. The fine ferrite and pearlite were obtained in the meantime and all kinds of properties can meet the request of national standard.
