摘要
以20MnSi坯料为基本成分,通过调整化学成分,修改精轧孔型设计参数,采用控制轧制和控制冷却工艺,成功地生产铁素体晶粒尺寸在5-10℃m的500MPa级细晶粒钢筋。结合500MPa级细晶粒螺纹直条的开发经验,对影响产品质量的若干因素进行分析,并提出解决办法。
According to the existing process and equipment, the 500 MPa fine graned steel rebar of 20MnSi with ferrite grain size of 5-10μm was successfully developed by adjusting the chemical compositions and new design of deformation parameters of finite roll pass, as well as using new process with controlled rolling and cooling techniques. On the basis of the experience for successfully developing 500 MPa fine graned steel rebar and the analysis of the factors effecting the quality, the solutions are finally proposed.
