摘要
目的建立一种快速测定苯麻滴鼻剂中两种组分含量的方法。方法采用毛细管区带电泳分离模式,运行缓冲液为20 mmol.L-1磷酸缓冲液(pH 5.0),检测波长204 nm,内标物为甲氧苄啶。结果盐酸苯海拉明在2.5-62.5μg.mL-1,盐酸麻黄碱在10-250μg.mL-1范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),在75%-125%处方标示量范围内,回收率符合要求。结论毛细管电泳法可用于同时测定苯麻滴鼻液中盐酸苯海拉明和盐酸麻黄碱含量,方法准确可靠,操作简便易行。
Objective To establish a capillary zone electrophoresis for the determination of diphenhydramine hydrochloride and ephedrine hydrochloride in Benma nasal drops. Methods The phosphate buffer solution was 20 mmol · L^-1 ( pH = 5.0 ) , the detection wavelength was 204 nm. Results The linear ranges of diphenhydramine hydrochloride and ephedrine hydrochloride were 2.5 - 62.5μg · mL^-1 and 10 - 250 μg · mL^-1 , respectively ( r = 0. 999 9 ). Conclusion The method was accurate and simple, which can be used for the determination of diphenhydramine hydrochloride and ephedrine hydrochloride in Benma nasal drops.
