摘要
大学新生入校后会出现各种各样的问题,这阻碍了他们自然地融入大学生活,有些甚至会造成某种严重的后果。朋辈教育制度正是用同龄人的经验和感受去感染和引导同龄人,对大学新生的适应性教育起到了重要的推动作用。
Freshmen will appear with wide variety of issues in school,hindering their integration into the university life,causing a lot of serious consequences.Peer education system is the experiences and feelings of infection and guides peers,which has a very important role to the adaptability of the college freshmen.
