摘要 采用均匀设计,在实验室考察二烷基二硫代磷酸锌化过程中工艺条件对二烷基二硫代磷酸锌pH值和水含量的影响,建立数学模型,并在此基础上优化二烷基二硫代磷酸锌化工艺条件。结果表明,在优化工艺条件下,二烷基二硫代磷酸锌pH值不小于5.9,水含量不大于0.03%。 The effect of process conditions on the PH value and water content of zinc dialkyldithiophosphate in preparation was studied in the laboratory by using the uniform distribution and experimental design, and a mathematical model was established. Based on the model, the process conditions were optimized. The result indicated that the pH value and water content of the prepared product was higher than 5.9 and less than 0.03% respectively under the optimized process conditions.
